I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor, Art Therapist and Supervisor with a deep belief that healing is possible for everyone, no matter their past or present circumstances.
My approach is rooted in compassion, creativity, and connection. Whether you’re navigating trauma, grief, or a major life transition, I offer a supportive and grounded space to help you move toward healing and wholeness.
I specialize in trauma recovery, intergenerational trauma, grief, and life transitions. I use a blend of somatic, talk and art-based practices, including Somatic Experiencing and expressive arts therapy, to gently engage the body and imagination in the healing process. These tools help reconnect you with your inner wisdom, restore a sense of safety, and create lasting transformation.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent 15 years in marketing and communications, this experience helps me understand the pressures of modern life, career burnout, and identity shifts.
Today, I bring a culturally responsive, trauma-informed lens to my work and honour the unique strengths each client brings to the therapeutic relationship.
In addition to my private practice, I teach in both undergraduate and graduate counselling programs and contribute to the field through writing, supervision, and leadership.
I am committed to ongoing learning and to challenging the systems of oppression that shape our collective and individual experiences.
If you’re looking for a therapist who blends clinical skill with heartfelt creativity, I’d be honoured to support you. Let’s discover your healing path together.
I welcome the opportunity to connect and collaborate in creating meaningful change for individuals and communities.
